This training is designed to meet the requirements outlined in 49 CFR 172.704a, which requires all hazmat employees to be provided general awareness/familiarization training designed to provide familiarity with the regulations, and to enable the employee to recognize and identify hazardous materials consistent with the hazardous communication standards set in the regulations.
