If you have registered for a HMTC class, but cannot attend here is what will happen:

1. If you let us know in advance and you either have not paid yet or a credit card has not been run, there is no penalty and you will not be charged.
2. If you let us know in advance, and you have paid, then you have a HMTC credit for that amount to be applied by you or a co-worker in that same amount. No refunds will be issued for payments that have been made in advance.
3. If you have registered and paid for a class but don’t show up and you didn't’t let us know, you or a co-worker have a credit minus $100.
